Does Meshmatic run on Cloud?
No, Meshmatic is a stand-alone desktop application that runs on your local PC. All algorithm will run locally, and your files will remain on your local network.
How does Meshmatic’s licensing work?
You can choose an annual or monthly licensing subscription. A credit card or PayPal account is required for purchase.
What do I do if I want to try to free trial but don’t have a credit card?
You can choose PayPal as your method of payment during checkout, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. You will not be required to enter any payment details.
Can I install Meshmatic on a different computer during my subscription period?
Yes, you will need to re-issue your license key from the Client Area. This will release your license key from the current machine ID, and you can install Meshmatic on a new machine.
Is my CAD and other 3D files kept confidential?
Yes, when you run Meshmatic, your data remains on your local machine. We don’t see your files unless you share them with us via email, etc. for troubleshooting. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Do I get charged after my free trial period ends?
No, the free trial does not convert to a paid subscription. We ask you to enter your credit card details in your profile for seamless purchasing when you are ready.
What data do you collect from me?
We collect information that you provide to use when registering for an account (e.g. name, email, company address). When you install Meshmatic we also collect your machine ID and public IP address in order to verify your license key. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
I have updated my OS, or have new hardware, why isn’t my Meshmatic license working?
You need to re-issue your license key from the Client Area. This will release your license key from the previous machine ID, and you can activate your license key again.
Are software updates included?
Yes! And it’s the best part because we are continually improving Meshmatic with new tools and algorithms. We also take a ton of feedback from our users and work hard to fix bugs and add features to make your work easier. As a registered user, you’ll be notified when a software update is available. Auto-updates will be added in the near future.
How can I get a refund?
We stand behind our products. If you are not happy with your purchase please submit a ticket or a refund request from your client portal and we will process it for you.
